LANDHIVE is a design-led property developer on a mission to create developments that combine form, detail and sustainability. We follow a humane design approach: thoughtfully creating aspirational spaces that are inspiring and facilitate interaction - creating inclusive, connected communities.
LANDHIVE also offers Independent Interior Design & FF & E Consulting to property developers and interior designers, working with their architects, in-house design teams, and cost consultants on mixed-use residential projects. LANDHIVE's design approach is both contemporary as well as commercial. Value - engineering the project procurement with an in-depth understanding of how design impacts financial outcome and vice versa - leveraging our experience and network of European manufacturers to deliver design-led products of quality, value, on time, in budget and to specification.
Who are we ?
We can count on the talents and wizardry of a very dedicated team. Our boss has over 20 years of experience in property development, a strong design-led focus, and a value-engineered approach to FF & E procurement. Our interior designers have extensive backgrounds in hospitality, high-end residential, transport projects, later-living, and private rental sector developments, to name a few.

Studied: Bachelor of Commerce, Rhodes University, South Africa
Experience: Jens started his professional career as a banker with Citigroup. Following this: he pursued his passion for property and design, joining Phazeone Property Consultants working on public/ private residential projects in London. Subsequently founding CUE design agents in 2009 which was recently rebranded as LANDHIVE design & developments in 2021 and registered in Madrid, Spain.
I am delighted that LANDHIVE, formerly CUE design agents have worked with us on several projects, including our ROX Brighton and Ravensbourne developments. Jens at LANDHIVE brings a refreshingly contemporary approach to each project and is super commercial. The LANDHIVE design ethos is current - while drawing on classic design principles, and Jens has a tremendous understanding of how design impacts the financial outcome of a project and vice versa.
